SALES REPRESENTATIVE (AFISA MAUZO) @ YEMCO VICOBA
Yemco Vicoba is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Representative (Afisa Mauzo) to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell VICOBA products and services to groups and individuals. This includes identifying potential clients, presenting financial products such as savings and loans, and building long-lasting relationships with members to ensure the growth of the organization. As a Sales Representative, you will be expected to meet specific sales targets and provide high-quality customer service to all clients. You will attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and report your daily activities to the management. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while making a positive impact on the community through financial empowerment. Key Requirements
Minimum education of Form IV (Kidato cha Nne) or higher
Introductory letter from the Local Government (Serikali za Mitaa)
A detailed and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Copy of National Identification (NIDA) card
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High motivation for sales and hardworking attitude
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Basic knowledge of microfinance or financial products is an advantage
Readiness to travel and work in various locations as required
