EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHAIRMAN @ XE STARRICH
XE STARRICH is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Executive Chairman. This pivotal role involves managing the Chairman's executive calendar, ensuring priority management, and maintaining administrative control over the office. The candidate will act as a primary gatekeeper, managing communications and facilitating internal coordination to ensure organizational alignment across the company's various departments. In addition to administrative tasks, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for meeting management, tracking the execution of strategic decisions, and providing logistical support for travel. The position requires a disciplined professional who can handle the demands of a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a strict focus on follow-through and action enforcement. This role is based in Dar es Salaam but requires flexibility for travel and offers a unique opportunity to work at the center of the company's leadership team.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Minimum 5-8 years' experience supporting senior executives
Proven experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar software
Excellent command of English and Swahili for effective communication
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating executive needs
Willingness to travel and flexibility in work hours to meet deadlines
