workproudbtz is seeking two HR Managers to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, developing company culture, and ensuring full compliance with national labor laws.

Key Requirements
Minimum four years of professional experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations and conflicts
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Experience in strategic HR planning
Advanced problem-solving skills
