The Head of People & Culture will be responsible for driving the internal culture and talent management strategy. This role focuses on building a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top-tier talent. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that the company's values are reflected in every HR process. Compensation: $100K – $350K+ per annum + executive benefits (role & region dependent).

This role is ideal for a creative and empathetic leader who understands the link between culture and business performance.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a senior culture or people-focused leadership role. Expertise in employer branding and talent attraction strategies. Strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Excellent skills in leadership development and coaching. Experience in designing and implementing employee experience programs. Strong understanding of organizational psychology and culture. Ability to translate company values into actionable HR policies. Excellent public speaking and internal communication skills. Proven ability to manage change and foster organizational resilience. Solid understanding of HR analytics to measure culture and engagement.
