Key Requirements
Advanced degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Extensive experience in leading people and culture initiatives
Proven track record in driving cultural transformation
Experience in the South African and global labor markets
Expertise in employee experience and engagement strategies
Strong leadership and talent development skills
Proficiency in HR analytics and workforce data
Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion program design
Strong ability to manage multi-cultural and remote teams
Excellent communication and branding skills
