Key Requirements
Formal hospitality qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Office Manager.
Strong knowledge of PMS systems, specifically Opera or IDS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex guest queries and complaints professionally.
Experience in staff training and performance development.
Proficiency in office administration and reporting.
