EXECUTIVE CHEF @ WELLWORTH HOSPITALITY GROUP
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Chef to take command of our culinary operations across our flagship safari lodges in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating world-class dining experiences that reflect the luxury and unique atmosphere of our destinations, ensuring every meal meets our premium standards.
Your responsibilities will include menu design, cost management, and rigorous quality control. You will also be responsible for materials management and maintaining the highest standards of HACCP and sanitation throughout the kitchen operations, while mentoring and developing a diverse culinary team.

Key Requirements
Formal culinary qualification from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef
Extensive experience in creative menu design
Strong proficiency in food costing and financial management
In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Excellence in kitchen quality control and presentation
Experience in materials and stock management
Ability to lead and train a large culinary team
Adaptability to working in remote lodge locations
Strategic procurement and vendor management skills
