Key Requirements
Formal accounting qualification required.
Minimum 2 years of hospitality cost control experience.
Knowledge of PMS, POS, and Materials Control systems.
Advanced proficiency in AccPac software.
Skills in inventory auditing and physical stock-taking.
Ability to identify and implement waste reduction strategies.
Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
Strong analytical skills for menu costing and variance reporting.
Meticulous attention to detail in financial documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with F&B and operations teams.
