VOLENS is a leading company in the manufacturing and printing industry seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage our core HR functions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining organizational efficiency, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, and fostering a positive workplace culture in our Dar es Salaam facility.
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary processes. They will also ensure strict compliance with labor laws and OSH regulations while maintaining accurate records and supporting the payroll team with data entry. The salary for this position is 500,000 TZS net pay per month.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing context
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage shift rosters and attendance
Experience in conducting performance appraisals
Understanding of OSH requirements and workplace safety
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Conflict resolution and disciplinary management capabilities
