We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Person specializing in Forklift Spare Parts to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Key Requirements
Identify customer spare parts requirements and recommend suitable parts or alternatives.
Prepare quotations accurately and promptly.
Maintain updated inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up on pending quotations and sales leads.
Liaise with suppliers for procurement, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
Handle counter sales and provide technical assistance regarding part compatibility.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Must have at least 7 years of experience in forklift spare parts sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office.
