SALES EXECUTIVE – DISTRIBUTION @ VISTA MC
Our client is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive – Distribution to be based in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is pivotal in expanding the organization's market reach by strengthening the existing network of dealers, retailers, and resellers. The primary focus of the position is to maximize market coverage and ensure high partner performance through strategic oversight of indirect sales channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing robust channel distribution strategies, identifying and onboarding new strategic partners, and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Key activities include setting sales targets, monitoring partner performance, and resolving issues related to pricing and stock. Additionally, the role involves coordinating trade marketing campaigns, ensuring brand visibility, and providing critical market insights to management to drive overall revenue growth. You will also forecast demand and support inventory planning to ensure product availability across all distribution points.

Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in distribution sales, channel management, or indirect sales.
Proven experience managing dealers, retailers, or reseller networks.
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, inventory planning, and distribution strategy.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partner training.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity effectively.
Strong negotiation skills for onboarding new dealers and resellers.
Proficiency in sales reporting and performance monitoring tools.
Willingness to travel within the region to visit partner outlets and distribution points.
