SALES & OFFICE MANAGER @ VISIONPATH
Visionpath is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales & Office Manager to join their team in Zanzibar. This full-time, permanent role is central to managing client and partner relationships across Zanzibar and mainland Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a design showroom, hosting client appointments, and actively driving sales of furniture and interior design products. This involves providing expert advice on product selection and design service options, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities also include the day-to-day office management, ensuring smooth on-site operations, and building strong relationships with hotels, lodges, and restaurants within the region. The role requires independent travel to client meetings throughout Zanzibar and mainland Tanzania. The Sales & Office Manager will coordinate bespoke projects with an international design team remotely and report regularly to the Director and the Europe-based design team, contributing significantly to the company's growth in the hospitality and design sector.

Key Requirements
Fluent English - written & spoken (mandatory)
Strong hospitality experience in Zanzibar / Tanzania
Confident, engaging presence; well-groomed & highly autonomous
Valid driving licence & MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency
Tanzanian nationality strongly preferred
Background in interior design, architecture, or FF&E sales
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to clients
Proficiency in 3D software (SketchUp, Rhino) or Adobe / Canva skills
Ability to communicate in Swahili, Italian, French, or Portuguese (a plus)
