Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ Years work experience in Construction or Manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in payroll management systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
Experience in performance management systems.
Competency in HR administrative tasks and documentation.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
