Vipawa Works is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3+ Years of work experience specifically in the Construction or Manufacturing industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in handling recruitment and selection processes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage payroll and employee benefit programs.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
