Vipawa Works is seeking a strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis team. This leadership role is responsible for budget management, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and guiding the overall fiscal health of the organization. You will provide critical insights to management to ensure we remain on track with our growth goals.

Key Requirements
Relevant academic qualifications in Finance or MBA
Good communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a related field is an added advantage
Strategic leadership and management experience
Strong knowledge of financial forecasting tools
Ability to develop and implement financial policies
Experience with auditing and financial control
Exceptional decision-making skills
