Vertice is seeking a sharp, ambitious, and driven individual to join our team as a Growth Associate in Arusha. This unique role serves as the operational right-hand to a multi-business owner overseeing an IT solutions firm, a dairy farm, and a burgeoning digital business. The successful candidate will gain rare, hands-on exposure to real-world operations, deal-making, client management, and business strategy across diverse sectors.
Key responsibilities include managing client and partner follow-ups, developing compelling proposals and pitch materials, and overseeing social media and digital marketing efforts. You will also coordinate operations, conduct market research, and handle administrative reporting and problem-solving tasks. We are looking for someone with an ownership mindset who is growth-hungry, a fast learner, and capable of taking full ownership of business outcomes.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
1-2 years of relevant professional experience in operations or growth roles.
Strong IT literacy and high proficiency in digital marketing tools.
Fluency in both English and Swahili (written and spoken).
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work across multiple industries including IT and Agriculture.
Proficiency in creating professional proposal development and pitch materials.
Demonstrated ability in managing social media accounts and digital marketing strategy.
Capacity to perform detailed market research and provide actionable analysis.
