Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage
Demonstrated experience in Securities Dealing, Investment Advisory, or Fund Management
Sound understanding of capital markets, investment products, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance
Managerial experience within the financial services sector
