SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (CASINO) @ VERSATILE STAFFING
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on the Casino vertical to join a rapidly expanding iGaming operator. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to own the product strategy and roadmap for several high-growth markets across Africa, including The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Tanzania, and Uganda. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's expansion strategy within these emerging territories. The role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from player acquisition and monetization to retention strategies. You will optimize lobby structures and game mixes while implementing advanced bonus mechanics and gamification tools. By closely monitoring key performance indicators such as GGR, ARPU, and LTV, you will refine the product to meet the unique demands of mobile-first users in culturally nuanced markets. This is an ideal challenge for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and is passionate about building products for low-bandwidth environments.
Key Requirements
At least 6 years of professional experience in iGaming Product Management.
Proven track record of owning and scaling a Casino vertical product.
Strong background in B2C digital environments and customer-centric product design.
Deep knowledge of Return to Player (RTP) settings and game mechanics.
Experience with bonus optimization, gamification, and promotional tooling.
Comfortable working with data dashboards and tracking KPIs like GGR, ARPU, and LTV.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
Familiarity with the African iGaming landscape, including market-specific nuances.
Skilled in collaborating with CRM, Performance Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams.
Experience designing products for mobile-first users in low-bandwidth environments.
