Key Requirements
Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry.
Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to memorize menus and explain daily specials.
Strong physical stamina for standing and walking for long shifts.
Efficiency in taking orders and serving food or beverages.
Professional appearance and adherence to hygiene standards.
Conflict resolution skills for handling customer complaints.
Ability to process bills and handle payments correctly.
High energy and a positive attitude toward service.
Multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables simultaneously.
