Utel Global is seeking dedicated HR Personnel to join our growing team in Mtwara, Tanzania. This immediate requirement calls for an individual who can support various human resources functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The successful candidate will be involved in the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and administrative support. This role is essential in fostering a supportive workplace culture and ensuring the efficient management of our human capital. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also help with onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing support for HR-related inquiries. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with labor laws. Key Requirements
Proven experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in record-keeping and data management.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
