Utel Global is seeking a highly motivated Business Sales Personnel to drive the expansion of our FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) internet services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, presenting tailored connectivity solutions to potential clients, and managing a robust lead pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
In addition to acquiring new customers, the role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. You will work closely with the regional team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to the overall success of our internet infrastructure projects in the region.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of telecommunications services.
