PRICING & SALES SPECIALIST @ UPF GROUP
UPF Mozambique is looking for a Pricing & Sales Specialist to be based in Maputo. This role is central to our commercial strategy, requiring a blend of analytical rigor and sales acumen to ensure our services are competitively priced while maintaining profitability. You will work closely with the regional sales team to develop winning quotes and tenders for major logistics projects across Mozambique.
You will be responsible for analyzing market rates, understanding cost structures, and providing data-driven insights to the management team. By monitoring competitor pricing and local market conditions, you will help refine our value proposition. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can balance the technical aspects of pricing with the persuasive elements of sales support in a growing economy.

Key Requirements
Significant experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analysis.
Background in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential for communication.
Expertise in developing competitive pricing strategies for corporate tenders.
Excellent negotiation skills to support sales teams in closing deals.
Deep understanding of the Mozambique logistics and transport market.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in financial calculations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for quotations.
