FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE @ UPF GROUP
We are looking for a talented Field Sales Representative to support our expanding operations in Tanzania, specifically based in Dar es Salaam. This position is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of the Tanzanian logistics sector and a passion for sales excellence. You will be the face of UPF Group, engaging with various industries to provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions that drive value for our customers.
Your daily responsibilities will include lead generation, conducting sales meetings, and closing deals to hit expansion targets. You will collaborate closely with regional managers to align sales strategies with the overall company vision. The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients while maintaining the high service standards that UPF Group is known for in the international market.

Key Requirements

Fluency in Swahili and English is mandatory for this role.
Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and support.
Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to C-level executives.

High level of integrity and professional ethics in all business dealings.
Experience using digital tools for tracking sales pipelines and performance.
