Universal Tubes is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant HR professional to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing comprehensive end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining the onboarding process and coordinating with an outsourced workforce, ensuring seamless integration and vendor management. You will also oversee HRMS and LMS activities, ensuring data integrity and effective training management across the organization.

In addition to operational tasks, the Assistant HR will provide critical support for payroll inputs and maintain detailed employee records to ensure compliance. A significant portion of the role involves managing worker grievances and supporting employee relations initiatives to maintain a harmonious and productive workplace. You will also be a key liaison for Emiratization initiatives and work closely with the PRO regarding visa applications and renewals. This position requires a proactive individual capable of maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and Kaizen boards to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements

3–5 years of HR experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial setup in Dubai. Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and governmental processes. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. Familiarity with HRMS and LMS platforms for efficient data and learning management. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to interact with a diverse workforce. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Demonstrated experience in managing outsourced workforce and vendor interactions. Expertise in handling worker grievances and fostering positive employee relations. Capability to support Emiratization initiatives and liaise with PROs for visa compliance. Proficiency in maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and implementing Kaizen principles. Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred.
