OPERATIONS MANAGER @ UNITED PETROLEUM
The Operations Manager will lead petroleum storage, transportation, and distribution activities while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous business improvement. This senior role requires oversight of daily depot operations and distribution workflows to ensure all objectives are met safely and effectively.
Additionally, the Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage inventory levels, and drive strategic initiatives related to cost optimization. The candidate will be expected to maintain compliance with all statutory regulations and HSE policies, serving as a key decision-maker in operational performance monitoring.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage petroleum storage and distribution operations
Expertise in cost optimization and process improvement
Deep understanding of HSE policies and regulatory frameworks
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
Competence in monitoring operational performance metrics
