The position is based at the Head Office in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in risk management within the banking or financial services industry. Professional certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Tanzanian banking regulations and international standards like Basel III. Proficiency in risk modeling and analytical software tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and report-writing skills for executive presentations. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. High level of professional integrity and ethics. Knowledge of internal control systems and corporate governance principles.
