Key Requirements
1-3 years of professional experience in the travel or tourism industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Proven experience in travel planning and providing high-quality client support.
Deep knowledge of Tanzania tourism and popular travel destinations within the region.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle travel-related emergencies.
Familiarity with visa processes and travel documentation requirements.
