Ubuntu Impact is hiring a Relationship Manager for the Chinese Desk to serve our growing clientele. You will focus on building and maintaining strong business relationships with Chinese corporate clients, facilitating banking solutions that meet their specific financial needs.
This position requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of cross-cultural business dynamics. You will act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, providing expert financial advice and support for their banking activities in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management
Strong knowledge of banking products and services
Experience working with international clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of local and international trade laws
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
High degree of professional maturity
Knowledge of Chinese business culture
