HR & DATA PRIVACY OFFICER @ UBUNTU IMPACT
Ubuntu Impact is hiring an HR & Data Privacy Officer for our Manufacturing Industry division. The officer will handle human resource management tasks while leading the implementation of strict data protection policies and compliance frameworks within our manufacturing environment.
This role is essential in safeguarding employee data and corporate information. You will oversee recruitment, training, and performance management, while simultaneously acting as the lead contact for data protection issues, ensuring that our operations comply with the latest data privacy legislation in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field.
Proven experience in human resources and compliance.
Knowledge of Tanzanian Labor Laws and Employment Act.
Familiarity with Data Protection principles and regulations.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
Advanced computer skills including HRIS software.
Ability to design and facilitate employee training programs.
