Ubuntu Impact is seeking a strategic Head of Business for our Microfinance Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to our diverse client base. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and expand our market presence within the microfinance sector.
This role involves developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in financial management and team leadership to guide our banking operations in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in microfinance or banking sector.
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams.
Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the Tanzanian financial market.
Ability to analyze financial reports and market trends.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel across various regions in Tanzania.
