CREDIT ANALYST @ UBUNTU IMPACT
We are looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to join our Microfinance Banking division. In this role, you will evaluate the creditworthiness of individual and institutional loan applicants, assessing risks and making recommendations to ensure a healthy loan portfolio.
The Credit Analyst will analyze financial statements, assess collateral, and monitor repayment performance to minimize bad debt. You will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our microfinance operations by ensuring sound lending decisions while maintaining excellent customer service standards for our clients throughout Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles.
Ability to evaluate financial statements and cash flows.
Minimum 3 years of experience in credit analysis.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
High degree of integrity and attention to detail.
Understanding of local microfinance market conditions.
Strong communication skills for client interactions.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
