Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resource Management.
Strong leadership, maturity, and decision-making ability.
Proven experience in building HR systems and improving organizational performance.
Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dar es Salaam.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations.
Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience in designing and leading staff training and development programs.
