RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (1 POSITION) @ TWYFORD TILE
Twyford Tile is looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to manage the hiring process at our Tiles Factory in Chalinze. The supervisor will be responsible for identifying talent needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and overseeing the selection process to ensure we attract the best personnel for our expanding factory operations. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce and ensuring compliance with all company hiring policies and local labor laws.
This position is located on-site at the Chalinze factory. We provide accommodation for factory-based staff and provide free lunch daily to all our employees. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related social science field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or HR supervision.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations.
Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various digital and traditional channels.
Excellent interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to lead and supervise a recruitment team effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet hiring targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
