Key Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
Exceptional communication skills in English and preferably other languages.
Highly presentable with a professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-centric mindset.
Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in front-desk software and basic computer applications.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
