Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Community Development
Minimum GPA of 3.5
At least 2 years of project implementation experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
High ethical integrity
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in NGO or educational project settings
Ability to coordinate meetings and community activities
Data collection and report writing capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
