Tumaini University Makumira (TUMA) is looking for a Guidance & Counselling Advisor for their Participatory and Inclusive Teaching Approach (PITA) Project. This role focuses on enhancing the educational experience through psychological and emotional support structures.
The advisor will develop specialized training modules for teachers and create manuals designed to help educators address students' diverse academic, emotional, and behavioural needs. This position is central to the project's goal of fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology, Applied Social Psychology, or Education Psychology
Master's GPA of 4.0 or above
Bachelor's GPA of 3.5 or above
Minimum 2 years' experience in educational or counselling settings
Strong ethical and professional conduct
Expertise in developing training manuals
Ability to mentor and guide educators
Excellent interpersonal and empathetic skills
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
Knowledge of contemporary student support strategies
