Trelevate is seeking motivated and high-energy individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives (B2B). In this role, you will be responsible for introducing Frontier Communication's suite of products, including fiber optic internet, business phones, and cybersecurity, to small and mid-market businesses. You will prospect potential clients face-to-face, consult with decision-makers to match technology solutions to their specific needs and budgets, and manage the sales process through to closing and installation scheduling. This position is ideal for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and ready to take control of their income potential through uncapped commissions. The role requires territory management and proactive business development to reach targeted sales goals.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent professional routine alongside high-reward earning potential including weekly income potential of $1,300 to $2,300. Successful candidates will have a clear path toward leadership roles and internal promotions. This role is available across several locations including Tampa/Sarasota, FL; New Haven, CT; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Fort Wayne, IN; and Carbondale, IL. Compensation includes a base plus uncapped commissions, with typical yearly earnings ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 and a $500 bonus.

Reliable vehicle for daily travel to client locations
Valid driver’s license and up-to-date auto insurance
Ability to pass a comprehensive 7-year federal background check
Must pass a drug screening (excluding marijuana)
Must reside in one of the specific hiring states (FL, CT, OH, TX, IN, or IL)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
High energy and strong interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to prospect and close deals in a face-to-face environment
Competitive and coachable mindset with a desire for professional growth
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred
