Key Requirements
Must be a Tanzanian national
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Aviation, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent command of both English and Swahili languages
Ability to work under pressure during peak travel hours
Willingness to work in shifts and rotating schedules
Strong work ethic, discipline, and professional team spirit
Willingness to learn and grow in the aviation industry
Capacity to handle passenger inquiries and complaints professionally
