SALES AGENT @ TRAILMYCAR
Our client is a leading Vehicle Tracking & Fleet Management company headquartered in Nairobi, with 10 branches across Kenya and operations in Uganda and Tanzania. As a Sales Agent in Kisii, you will be responsible for driving sales of vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building a strong client portfolio across SMEs, corporates, and individual customers. This role requires a dynamic individual who can conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations while maintaining excellent customer relationships to support retention and repeat business. You will be expected to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company sales processes and service standards. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the vehicle tracking industry.
Experience working in a vehicle tracking company is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
Knowledge of the Kisii local dialect is an added advantage.
Proven ability to conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations.
Strong commitment to maintaining high service standards and reporting accuracy.
