We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager specializing in Forklifts to join our material handling equipment team in Dar es Salaam. This position focuses on driving the growth of our industrial equipment portfolio through effective business development and relationship management. You will work closely with industrial clients to provide tailored material handling solutions, manage key accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also monitor competitor activity and market demand for forklifts, adjusting your sales strategies to maintain our position as a leader in the industrial equipment market.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the forklift or material handling equipment industry.
Demonstrated success in business development and key account management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of forklift applications and industrial equipment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to translate technical specifications into client-facing solutions.
Self-driven with a commitment to exceeding sales quotas.
Proficiency in sales reporting and pipeline management.
