We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive for the Building and Construction industry in Dar es Salaam. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our construction materials, including pipes and plumbing products, to our target clientele. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the building materials market.
Your primary duties will include developing new client relationships, meeting monthly sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure our products are the preferred choice in the industry. This position requires someone with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for sales.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of sales experience
Experience in PVC pipes, building materials, or plumbing products
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Strong knowledge of the building materials market
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in basic office software and reporting
Self-motivated with a strong drive for business growth
