Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, construction, or mining is essential.
Experience operating within Tanzania or East Africa is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
