Key Requirements
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
2+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Telecommunications industry experience is considered a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of mobile and internet services and technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hands-on experience with basic CRM systems for data entry and tracking.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer technical issues.
