Top Crop Tanzania Limited is actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This pivotal role is located in Rufiji, Tanzania, and is crucial for driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and support our extensive workforce. We are looking for a professional who can provide strategic HR guidance and operational support across various facets of human resources within a large, multi-site organizational structure.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business; Master's or HR certification preferred
7-10 years HR experience in large multi-site organizations
Managed workforce of 5,000+ employees in operational settings
Strong experience in talent, ER, compliance, and HR operations
Proven leadership in HR strategy, stakeholder management, and change
Knowledge of labour law and HR governance
Skilled in HR data, HRIS, and workforce analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
