GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER @ THE RESIDENCE ZANZIBAR
The Residence Zanzibar is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to join our professional hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service and personal attention throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. This role involves managing guest inquiries, handling feedback with grace, and ensuring a seamless experience. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will work closely with other departments to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and create memorable experiences for our visitors.
Candidates must be local residents with a strong background in customer service within the luxury hotel sector. Fluency in both English and French is essential for effective communication with our diverse international clientele. Familiarity with the PMS-Opera system is a core requirement for this role to manage guest profiles and bookings efficiently. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced resort environment.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Familiar with the PMS-Opera system.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Fluent in French with strong communication skills.
Must be a Local Resident.
Proven ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
High level of interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
