ASSISTANT IT SUPERVISOR @ THE RESIDENCE ZANZIBAR
The Residence Zanzibar is currently looking for an Assistant IT Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software support to ensure that our guests and staff experience seamless connectivity. You will work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely user support across the resort. As an Assistant IT Supervisor, your contributions will be essential in maintaining the reliability and security of our systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring IT equipment, maintaining accurate records, and upholding high standards of system security. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Assist in managing IT systems, networks, hardware, and software support.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
Monitor IT equipment, maintain records, and ensure system security.
Good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to support daily IT operations.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Server administration.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
