RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR @ THE RESIDENCE SUITE
Kaffeehaus Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Bukoba location. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the service team, maintaining the high standards associated with The Residence Suite, and ensuring seamless coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen staff. You will provide guidance and support to employees to ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
Your core responsibilities will include preparing operational reports, monitoring sales targets, and implementing service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to prepare and analyze operational reports
Strong understanding of restaurant workflow and service standards
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili
Ability to drive sales and meet service KPIs
Proven track record of managing staff performance
High degree of integrity and professional conduct
