The MSI Group is seeking a high-energy and driven Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is centered on increasing the company's footprint within the leather and sports sectors by leveraging both B2B and retail channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to sports retailers and leather goods distributors, and establishing strong corporate partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Beyond business development, the successful candidate will focus on client management and product expertise. You will be tasked with maintaining existing accounts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and relationship building. A key part of the role involves demonstrating the technical features and performance technology of the company’s product line, requiring a deep understanding of durability and material grades to effectively communicate value to clients.

Key Requirements

At least one year of professional sales experience. High-energy and driven personality with a results-oriented mindset. Proven ability to identify and reach out to potential new B2B and retail clients. Strong relationship management skills to maintain existing accounts. Ability to demonstrate technical product features and performance technology effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Experience in the leather or sports gear industry is highly preferred. Ability to drive revenue through diverse sales channels. Proficiency in basic sales tracking tools or CRM systems.
