TREATMENT COORDINATOR @ THE DENTAL STUDIO
The Dental Studio is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clinical recommendations and patient acceptance, ensuring that our patients feel informed and confident about their dental care decisions. You will be responsible for managing patient consultations, presenting comprehensive treatment plans, and discussing financial options in a clear, professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust with patients, helping them navigate their dental journey with ease. This position offers a 5-day work week with two days off, providing a structured schedule within a high-end healthcare environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting, ideally in a patient-facing role.
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Front Desk Coordinator is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
Confident in presenting treatment plans and financial options clearly and professionally.
Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to convert consultations into accepted treatment.
Highly organised with strong time management and follow-up skills.
Proficient in using dental practice management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
