The company is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-driven General Manager to lead and oversee both their Tilapia cage Fish Farming Farm and their Aquafeed Manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing business strategies to achieve production, profitability, and growth targets. The General Manager will oversee tilapia cage farming operations, ensuring adherence to biosecurity, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards. They will also monitor production performance indicators, optimize farm productivity, and manage annual budgets and financial performance reports. Additionally, the role involves supporting sales growth, customer relationship management, cost control, and strengthening supplier relationships, while providing overall leadership for both fish farming and aquafeed operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Agribusiness, Engineering, FMCG, Finance or related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in aquaculture, aquafeed manufacturing, or integrated agribusiness operations.
Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and performance reporting.
Experience in optimizing operational efficiency and productivity.
Knowledge of biosecurity, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards in aquaculture.
